Michael Page is representing a growing specialist logistics business in Staines seeking an experienced Export Manager (Air Freight) to lead international air export operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will oversee end-to-end air export activities, mentor a team, ensure compliance with customs and aviation regulations, and collaborate with airlines, overseas agents and customers to optimise performance and profitability.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing air export operations in freight/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight processes and export documentation.
• Previous people management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building at all levels.
