Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer for service and maintenance across Kent and East London. The role offers a strong salary and benefits package, including a company van, fuel card, progression and training opportunities.

You should hold NVQ Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and F-Gas Category 1 certification, with a solid HVAC maintenance background. Travel across London, Essex and Kent is expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC background and hands-on field experience in service and maintenance.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification is required.
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Kent and East London.
• Work independently or in small project teams.
• Complete service and compliance records for each job.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and industry standards are followed.
• Participate in emergency or weekend rota when needed.
• Conduct initial fault finding and diagnostic testing on client equipment.
