Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London.

You will diagnose faults, service and maintain a range of AC/HVAC systems, work independently across multiple sites, and contribute to a high standard of service. Company van is provided with overtime opportunities and progression.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance.
• Solid fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Capable of working independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance.
• Service and maintain air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks.
• Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns.
• Complete job reports and compliance documentation.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Liaise with clients and site teams professionally.

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London.

The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer will be a strong, technically capable engineer who can work independently, diagnose faults efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance
• Service and maintain air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks
• Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns
• Complete job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with clients and site teams

The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer will have:

• Strong experience as an AC Engineer
• Good knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Relevant AC/HVAC qualifications
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
