Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking an HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer to join a mobile service team across the West Midlands. You will carry out service and preventative maintenance on VRV/VRF/split and multi-split systems and related plant, with occasional installation work.

Van and tools provided, door-to-door overtime rates, and a generous annual leave allowance. You will need recognised air conditioning qualifications (F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ) and a good customer-service

Qualifications

• Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas and NVQ.
• Experience servicing and maintaining VRV/VRF/split systems.
• Good customer service and communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and preventative maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.

JOB TITLE:

HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

SALARY:

£38 - £52,000k dependent on experience inc 1 hour travel, van/fuel card (van can be used for persojal use) + overtime, 23 days annual leave + bank holidays - 80p/hour extra for attendance bonus (£1,700/annum on top of salary)

JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

Working on a mobile basis in the West Midlands region you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances, As an Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and multi-split systems etc. Some installations works on occasion Covering in and around the Manchester and surrounding area you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to a large gym contract, hotels, offices, cinemas, and other sites of a commercial nature. Overtime is available and plentiful. Van provided along with tools - can be used for personal use On call 1 week in 9 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door at overtime rates

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - HVAC Engineer / Air conditioning engineer

Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. The ideal candidate will have good trouble shooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on. Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ As an air conditioning engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems etc. Motivated and trustworthy Must be looking to progress with a forward thinking up and coming business. This role is paid door to door (at overtime rates)
