About The Role

Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out installation and servicing of AC units in various environments, including planning, inspecting, and repairing or maintaining as needed, and responding to breakdowns.
2. Perform statutory inspections such as Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature checks, Fire Door inspections and repairs, Plumbing repairs, Lighting checks, and other reactive works.
3. Provide technical guidance to clients and support the contract.
4. Support HVAC maintenance and support.
5. Maintain all documentation to a fully auditable standard required by clients and third-party standards.
6. Proactively maintain site & equipment, establishing sound maintenance practices and providing solutions to reactive issues.
7. Support operational leads with contractor compliance.
8. Ensure safety in all tasks, including risk assessments and method statements.
9. Meet regulatory and statutory requirements, escalating issues promptly.
10. Maintain high customer satisfaction and regular contact with key stakeholders.
11. Respond to callouts as per the rota, approximately once every 4 weeks.

Essential Hiring Criteria

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Valid UK driving license.
3. Relevant certifications: C&G Level 2 in 2079 (F-Gas & ODS) & 6187 (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
4. Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial.
5. CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
6. First Aid certification.
7. Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
8. Basic IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft products.
