About The Role
Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation and servicing of AC units in various environments, including planning, inspecting, and repairing or maintaining as needed, and responding to breakdowns.
- Perform statutory inspections such as Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature checks, Fire Door inspections and repairs, Plumbing repairs, Lighting checks, and other reactive works.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and support the contract.
- Support HVAC maintenance and support.
- Maintain all documentation to a fully auditable standard required by clients and third-party standards.
- Proactively maintain site & equipment, establishing sound maintenance practices and providing solutions to reactive issues.
- Support operational leads with contractor compliance.
- Ensure safety in all tasks, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Meet regulatory and statutory requirements, escalating issues promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and regular contact with key stakeholders.
- Respond to callouts as per the rota, approximately once every 4 weeks.
Essential Hiring Criteria
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Relevant certifications: C&G Level 2 in 2079 (F-Gas & ODS) & 6187 (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
- Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial.
- CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
- First Aid certification.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Basic IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft products.
