About the Role:

Join our dynamic field service team as an Air Conditioning Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and HVAC units. Covering the South of the UK, predominantly the London area, this mobile role will also see you contributing your technical expertise to various projects, including troubleshooting and dilapidation reporting. You'll participate in a manageable 1-in-19 call-out rota.

Duties:

Uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Commission and maintain industrial and commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Accurately diagnose and efficiently repair faults within AC systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance, including thorough inspections and cleaning as needed.
Expertly troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems in AC units.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all work performed.
Offer valuable technical support and guidance to both clients and team members.
Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with commercial and industrial air conditioning equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of refrigeration principles and HVAC systems, with a strong focus on air conditioning.
Relevant qualifications in a related field (NVQs, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine passion for engineering and a proactive approach.
Self-reliance and the ability to manage your workload independently.
A professional demeanor at all times.
Full valid driving license.
