Job summary

ERS SCOTLAND LIMITED is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its Service Division, covering the Central belt on a full-time basis. You will service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across hotels, offices and retail venues.

You'll manage PPMs, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on split, multi-split and VRV/VRF equipment, with F-Gas compliance and accurate service reporting. A recognised apprenticeship and UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification.
• Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial air conditioning systems.
• Experience with split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• PPMs and reactive breakdowns across split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated HVAC plant.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance of AC equipment where required.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Carry out F-Gas compliance, leak testing and refrigerant handling in accordance with current regulations.
• Complete service reports, identify remedial works and provide reactive quotations where required.

Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering the Central belt on a full time permanent basis.

Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on a wide range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
