Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to service air conditioning systems for high-end residential and commercial properties across London & Home Counties. This permanent, mobile role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio.

You will undertake preventive and reactive maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics and small installations, with a focus on high service standards and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial air conditioning.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with servicing, maintenance and repairs of AC systems.
• F-Gas certification is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance and servicing of AC systems.
• Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding.

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to join an established business servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems across a portfolio of high-end residential developments, luxury apartment blocks, commercial properties and managed estates.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of AC systems
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Completing remedial works and small installations
• Identifying system issues and recommending improvements
• Completing service reports and job sheets
• Liaising with clients, residents, concierge teams and estate managers

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in commercial air conditioning
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with AC servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Relevant F-Gas qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional, customer-focused approach
