Job summary

JASA Talent is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to service, repair and maintain AC systems across commercial, industrial and school sites in Buckingham.

You will travel around Buckinghamshire, with a company van provided and the potential to take it home. The role may involve training junior engineers in the future and supervising them, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm pattern.

Salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, reflecting experience and responsibilities in a renewables-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
• Ability to travel to sites around Buckinghamshire.
• F-Gas certified and DBS check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to sites around Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties to service, repair and maintain air conditioning and other HVAC units.
• Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns.
• Performing AC installation and refitting.
• Training junior engineers in the future and supervising them.

Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Buckingham

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Mobile around Buckinghamshire.

Van Provided – able to take home

An opportunity has opened for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a renewables company in Buckingham. The ideal candidate will be confident servicing, repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems (AC Systems) and will be able to work alone as well as eventually train up more junior employees.

You will be provided a van that you can take home and the work you will be doing will be in a variety of industries including commercial, industrial and schools.

Air Conditioning Engineer Key Skills

• Experience AC Engineer or similar (HVAC for example)
• Excellent experience working on air conditioning units
• Service, repairs and maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience would be ideal to train future junior engineers
• Experience fault finding and repairing breakdowns
• Install experience would be a bonus (not essential)
• F-Gas Certified
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
