About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Air Conditioning Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team on key contracts around the Midlands.

This client-facing role requires a professional image, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to providing solutions that meet client needs.

Applicants should be City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience. As you will work independently, you'll need to be proactive in arranging materials, providing quotations, and managing client expectations.

Early starts and late finishes may be required to complete disruptive works with minimal disruption. The role involves participation in an on-call rota system on a 1-8 schedule.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

1. Install, service, and repair AC units in various environments, including planning, inspecting, and performing preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns.
2. Conduct statutory inspections of assets such as Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature checks, Fire Doors, Plumbing, Lighting, and other reactive tasks.
3. Provide technical guidance to clients and support to contracts.

About You:

• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Be IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
• Hold a full UK driving license (use of company vehicle may be required).
