Job summary

Bennet & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer (Installation) to join a growing HVAC service team in the Midlands. The role focuses on installing VRV/VRF systems, splits and AHUs in commercial settings, with occasional fault finding and maintenance.

You will travel to sites nationwide, hold an Fgas Cat 1, and be prepared for regular nights away. A full UK driving licence is required, and benefits include overtime and a company van.

Qualifications

• Fgas Cat 1 required.
• Experience installing VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits and AHUs.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation works in commercial buildings (care homes, pubs, MOD sites).
• Occasional fault finding, maintenance and repair.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer (Installation) Location: Midlands Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client, an established and rapidly growing HVAC Service Provider based in the South West. The successful Installation Engineer will be responsible for carrying out a range of installation works within Commercial Buildings such as; care homes, pubs & MOD sites. The role will also involve occasional fault finding, maintenance and repair, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Air Conditioning Engineer must hold an Fgas Cat 1 & either hold an enhanced DBS or be able to pass the checks.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience


• 40hr working week


• Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way


• Overtime readily available


• 1 in 5 out of hours on call rota - weekends only (£25 per day for being on call + overtime rates if called out)
