Apple Inc. seeks a Conferences Program Manager to lead sponsorships and research presence at premier machine learning conferences. You will coordinate sponsorship strategy, manage budgets, and serve as the primary Apple contact for organizers and external groups.

The role requires building relationships, driving cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating effective communication across teams while navigating a dynamic, evolving environment. International travel may be involved.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and sponsor Apple’s presence at top ML/AI conferences.
• Coordinate budgets and liaise with vendors and finance for forecasts.
• Lead internal comms to encourage attendance and optimize attendee experience.
• Travel internationally to top venues and coordinate on-site research presence.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Events, Communications, and Product Marketing.
