Moss is hiring in London or Berlin to build AI agents and automation for internal product processes. You will create working AI and LLM applications, integrations and tools for teams, ensuring reliability and scalability with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON; ability to wire systems together and debug integrations.
• Experience integrating an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Builder mindset with focus on execution and delivering without constant oversight.
• Genuine excitement for AI and curiosity about what is possible.
• Ability to explore new tools and pick up platforms quickly.
• Reliability; documenting work and flagging blockers early.

Responsibilities

• Build purpose-built AI agents for product processes based on a clear brief.
• Turn concepts into working AI/LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for internal teams.
• Make agents reliable and scalable to run without supervision.
• Own the agents by connecting data sources, designing prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring reliability across central processes.
• Administer and maintain shared tooling platforms for product teams.
• Keep shared tools configured, documented, and reliable for team dependability.
