Job summary

causaLens is hiring an AI Engineer to build enterprise-grade AI systems and digital workers for real-world production use. You will embed with clients to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic solutions that integrate models, data, and enterprise infrastructure.

Focus on LLMs, multi-agent coordination, retrieval and reasoning, and enterprise data integration to automate workflows and take action. Office presence 1-2 days per week in London area is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying advanced AI to meaningful business problems.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable AI systems.
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact through applied AI.
