Freshminds, based in London, seeks an AI Transformation Graduate for an 18-month fellowship to join a multidisciplinary AI implementation team. You will help identify, test and implement AI opportunities across the business and contribute to AI strategy and adoption from day one.

You will support workshops, create learning resources and assist with programme activities, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared with senior stakeholders. ASAP start.

A client in the media and publishing industry is seeking an AI Transformation Graduate to join the team for an 18-month fellowship.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary AI implementation team supporting organisation-wide transformation initiatives and helping identify, test and implement AI opportunities across the business. Reporting to the AI Programme & Adoption Manager, you will contribute to live projects from day one, gaining exposure to AI strategy, implementation, innovation, organisational change and senior decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies, automation tools and business transformation opportunities, producing concise and practical insights.
• Support AI implementation projects through workflow mapping, use case discovery, pilot testing and experimentation.
• Create and maintain internal learning resources, case studies, guidance materials and communications that help colleagues adopt AI effectively.
• Assist with workshops, stakeholder engagement, programme activities and documentation, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured and shared.
