Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Tech & Intellectual Property Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Programme Manager to bring governance, structure and visibility to high-priority business initiatives, including the AI First Initiative. You will align technical and business teams to convert priorities into concrete plans and measurable outcomes.

The role requires managing selected projects from scope to delivery, removing roadblocks, and driving rapid progress with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic planning and execution across complex organisations.
• Experience managing projects in a technical environment with AI, data delivery, and automation.
• Strong ability to create structure, solve ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a unified framework to track, manage, and report on business initiatives, enabling automation and AI leverage.
• Assess initiatives against priorities, value, urgency, effort, and capacity to guide leadership focus.
• Define ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures, and drive implementation.
• Own priority projects from scoping through delivery with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive the AI First Initiative with engineers and stakeholders to prioritise use cases and maintain momentum.
• Develop a data-driven view of progress, priorities, risks, decisions, and outcomes for senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted contact for initiative status, distilling issues into concise recommendations.
