Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Tech is seeking an Enterprise Programme Manager to bring governance, structure and visibility to high-priority business initiatives, including the AI First Initiative. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to convert priorities into actionable plans, remove obstacles, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will define ownership, milestones, risks, and success metrics, driving rapid implementation of an effective governance framework and accelerating the AI

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic planning and execution across a complex organisation.
• Experience managing projects in a technical environment with AI, data delivery and automation.
• Strong ability to create structure, solve complex problems, and drive work to measurable outcomes.
• First-class stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a unified framework to track, manage, and report on business initiatives, enabling AI-driven automation.
• Assess initiatives against strategic priorities, value, urgency, effort and capacity to guide leadership decisions.
• Define ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures; drive rapid governance implementation.
• Own priority projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive the AI First Initiative by prioritising high-value use cases with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Remove roadblocks and make trade-offs to keep work moving and deliver outcomes.
• Develop a data-driven view of progress for the Senior Leadership Team to enable faster decisions.
• Act as a trusted contact for initiative status, distilling issues into concise actions and owners.
