Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Tech & Intellectual Property Solutions in the UK is seeking an Enterprise Programme Manager to bring governance, structure, and momentum to high-priority initiatives, including the AI First Initiative.

You will partner with business and technical teams to turn priorities into clear plans, remove obstacles, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic planning and execution in a complex organisation.
• Experience managing projects in a technical environment with AI, data delivery and automation.
• Ability to create structure, solve complex or ambiguous problems, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with metrics-driven planning.
• Comfortable working with engineers and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• First-class stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Intellectually curious, pragmatic, low-ego, able to move fast through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a unified framework to track, manage, and report on business initiatives, creating a single source of truth and an approach that can be progressively automated, leveraging AI where possible.
• Assess initiatives against strategic priorities, business value, urgency, effort, and capacity to guide leadership on where to focus.
• Define ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures and drive rapid implementation of governance.
• Own selected priority projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive the AI First Initiative: manage internal AI transformation with engineers and stakeholders to prioritise high-value use cases and keep momentum.
• Apply a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to remove roadblocks and trade-offs to keep work moving.
• Develop an integrated, data-driven view of progress, giving leaders the information needed to make faster decisions.
• Act as a trusted contact for initiative status, distilling complex issues into concise recommendations.
