Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI-driven transformation engagements at our top accounts, including elite law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. You’ll own the end-to-end program, map workflows, align executives, and drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional delivery, build executive relationships, and hand off successful implementations to Customer Success. Travel up to 50% and help scale a rapidly growing, AI-native professional services platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale technology deployments or change management programs at enterprise organizations.
• Exceptional executive presence; comfortable with senior partners and C-suite.
• Strong program management instincts; own the plan and drive outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and in evolving playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation engagements end to end.
• Map workflows and target highest-value opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and capture value.
• Build executive relationships and advise on operating model.
• Hand off with rigor to Customer Success Manager.
• Contribute learnings to Harvey's playbooks.
