Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineer with at least 3 years of UK top-tier law firm experience to translate legal workflows into Harvey’s AI solutions. You will partner with Account Executives, conduct targeted demos, and tailor content for different practice areas to demonstrate how our platform accelerates complex matters.

You will build credibility with partners and in‑house teams, lead product demonstrations, and contribute to market strategy as the Voice of the Customer.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in England & Wales.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier UK law firm.
• Experience in funds, intellectual property or in-house teams.
• Executive engagement skills and presence.
• Outstanding presentation skills to legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey’s AI solutions.
• Establish credibility as a legal expert and address outlooks across practice areas.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to law firm and in-house teams, validating value and use cases.
• Partner with marketing to develop content for lawyers and client types.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to aid product strategy through a legal lens.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to client needs.
• Advance Harvey’s market perception as credible and helpful for lawyers.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
• Travel may be required to client locations and offices.
