You will translate priorities into practical architectural solutions, establish reusable patterns, and lead a central engineering team to secure, scalable implementations.

The role combines architectural leadership with active delivery, ensuring projects meet security, privacy and governance standards while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions.
• Strong solution architecture across AI, automation, APIs and cloud.
• Hands-on AI with LLMs, RAG and AI-assisted workflows.
• Translating business priorities into practical technical solutions.
• Delivery-focused with ownership of technical outcomes.
• Experience leading technical teams and architectural direction.
• Design reusable, scalable solutions for multiple processes.
• Understanding of infosec, data protection and governance.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Clear communication to business leaders

Responsabilités

• Lead AI architecture and solution design for AI and automation across GBG, translating requirements into deliverables.
• Assess approaches including AI, automation, workflow optimization, integration and enterprise capabilities.
• Establish reusable patterns and components applicable across functions.
• Provide technical leadership to the AI & Automation team, including contractors.
• Own estimates, engineering quality and delivery readiness.
• Contribute to prototyping, reviews, debugging and problem solving.
• Plan technical delivery with project manager and allocate capacity.
• Collaborate with owners and SMEs to validate designs and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with security, privacy and governance standards.
• Document deployment and provide ongoing support
