Job summary

Citi in the United Kingdom seeks a Vice President, Transformation, Readiness & Adoption Lead (Technical Program Manager) to drive AI-enabled operating model transformation across Production Management. You will shepherd adoption, readiness, and value realization, partnering with regional stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong change management, program leadership, and the ability to influence across global teams to accelerate AI integration

Qualifications

Experience leading operational or technology transformation initiatives.
Proven success driving adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models.
Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
Exposure to AI, automation, workflow optimization, and productivity improvement programs.
Demonstrated ability to convert strategic transformation objectives into sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption enablement, asset creation, and messaging to drive global scale.
Drive regional readiness, deployment planning, champion networks, and local change agents.
Design and evolve the operating model to embed AI into BAU processes.
Define KPIs and monitor value realization from transformation initiatives.
