Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the vision and backlog for AI-enabled transformations. You will lead cross‑functional delivery and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver measurable value for clients across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Agile, user-centred products.
Experience with either public sector GDS standards or private sectors (retail, financial services or energy).
Ability to communicate AI use cases and benefits of its implementation.
Proven track record owning a product vision and backlog.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders to enable decision making.
Collaborative approach to leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and backlog for AI-enabled transformations.
Lead cross-functional delivery and manage stakeholder relationships.
Understand user needs, business requirements and priorities, and technical constraints.
Support discovery and experimentation activities, especially where AI adds value.
Test and validate AI-enabled features to support client strategy and innovation.
Promote and implement Agile ways of working as a transformation specialist.
