Job summary

Liberty Global in Leeds is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead AI training, enablement and change initiatives across the business. This senior, hands-on role bridges technical AI development teams and business users, delivering end-to-end learning experiences, measuring adoption and impact.

You will design engaging programmes, run workshops, create labs, and develop practical guides while embedding governance and security principles. The role is hybrid with office days in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning or technical training in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI tools and technologies.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical learning for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent training design, facilitation and presentation skills (virtual & in-person).
• Strong collaboration with technology, product and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI training programmes and learning resources for diverse audiences.
• Create enablement experiences: workshops, labs, office hours, and self-service content.
• Develop prompt engineering guidance and role-based use cases to drive adoption.
• Embed responsible AI, security and data governance in all enablement activities.
• Partner with business and tech teams to roll out AI tools and drive change initiatives.
• Build scalable enablement frameworks and champion networks.
• Measure adoption, capability growth and business impact, and iterate.
