Qualifications

• Essential experience applying AI/ML/AIOps within network planning, engineering, or operations in telecom.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and AI-enabled operations.
• Understanding of AI governance, telemetry, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining technical standards across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing network and AI strategies and roadmaps with senior leaders.
• Establishing governance frameworks to prioritize and implement high-value AI initiatives.
• Integrating AI into network planning, operations, optimization, and maintenance.
• Identifying and scaling AI use cases to improve performance and incident response.
• Ensuring safe, auditable AI adoption with proper oversight and production controls.
• Partnering with Security, Data, and AI governance teams to manage AI risks.
• Evaluating technology partners and vendors to support informed decisions.
• Building strong cross-company partnerships to standardize practices.
