We are seeking part-time QA / IT freelancers with experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and/or Java to train and tutor AI models. Ideal candidates will have:

• Production QA and IT experience on real projects
• Native English proficiency (highly appreciated)
• Freelance or startup experience (appreciated)

Key Tasks:

• Participate in QA processes to verify work by Toloka's partners before final delivery
• Support partners by answering project-related questions and resolving technical issues
• Develop and refine IT content, making complex concepts accessible
• Create and evaluate domain-specific prompts and responses for AI, covering various scenarios
• Ensure AI responses are accurate, current, and research-based
• Collaborate with a team to build trustworthy AI systems

Additional Details:

• Experience with QA, Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• English level from C1 (Advanced) upwards
• Rate: $20-30/hour gross
• Minimum commitment: 10 hours/week
