We are seeking part-time Developers / IT freelancers with experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and/or Java to train and tutor our AI models. Ideal candidates will:

• Have production IT experience on real projects
• Be native English speakers (highly appreciated)
• Have freelance experience or have worked in startups (appreciated)

Key Tasks:

• Develop and refine content across the IT spectrum, making complex concepts accessible
• Craft and evaluate domain-specific prompts, questions, and responses for AI systems
• Ensure AI responses are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with latest research and education methods
• Collaborate with a team of experts to build trustworthy AI systems

• Experience: 3-5 years preferred
• English level: C1 (Advanced) and above
• Rate: $20-30/hour gross
