Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Technical Lead to steer AI-powered system integration projects across architecture, SDLC and governance. You will drive cloud-native, microservices and event-driven designs while mentoring engineers and interfacing with clients.

Lead multi-agent AI systems, establish LLMOps and model governance, and ensure secure, compliant AI development across the stack with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering, system integration or solution delivery.
• At least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams on large cloud and AI projects.
• Experience in SI or consulting environments is highly preferred.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and solution design across applications, cloud, data, AI and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery from design to support.
• Design cloud-native, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Architect multi-agent AI systems and governance frameworks.
• Establish LLMOps, AI evaluation and model governance.
• Lead model selection, fine-tuning strategy and data requirements.
• Define standards for AI-assisted development and code review.
• Provide technical guidance across full-stack, AI/ML integration and cloud engineering.
• Review architecture and code for quality, security and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Act as key technical interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and drive capability development.
• Prepare and review technical documentation (HLD, LLD, ADRs, runbooks).
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance and responsible AI standards.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations and client presentations.
