Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking a Product Manager for the Studio team to define and execute the product strategy for multiple AI tooling squads, including workflows, observability, and APIs. You will shape how enterprises deploy, observe, and scale AI systems in hybrid and self-hosted environments.

You will lead research, drive end-to-end development, and collaborate with design, research, marketing and sales to position products effectively and balance short-term wins with long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI products and large language models.
• Experience launching and scaling products in early-stage environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making using qualitative insights.
• Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives, teams, users.
• Comfort in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
