Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking an Associate Consultant on our Strategy team to help global clients navigate digital transformation and AI-enabled product innovation. You will work with Design and Technology colleagues to turn business strategy into human-centered experiences.

You will learn from senior team members while contributing to AI strategy, product strategy, and advisory work across industries. This hybrid role requires collaboration in the office several days per week and willingness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, UX, product management, or engineering is a strong asset.
• Strong communication and writing skills for enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business models, goals, and competitive pressures.
• Support AI-forward digital solutions and AI strategy work.
• Gather information via stakeholder interviews and research.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital transformation and AI-enabled products.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to bridge business strategy and user experiences.
• Participate in workshops and project planning activities.
• Prepare presentations and RFP responses.
• Track AI and product innovation landscape for internal and client deliverables.
