Job summary

Third Nexus Group Limited is seeking an AI Solutions Lead in London to spearhead discovery, design and deployment of agentic AI workflows across core front-to-back functions in a prestigious wealth-management setting.

The role requires hands-on delivery of AI use cases, governance, and stakeholder collaboration with a focus on regulatory compliance and enterprise integration in a high-touch financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-driven workflows, agentic tool orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Bridge Builder: proven ability to operate between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Finance, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Complex Problem Solving: decompose convoluted business processes and deliver production-ready, governed solutions.
• Excellent communication in English with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business heads, investment teams and operations to identify AI opportunities.
• Own AI use cases from framing and prototyping to production rollout and optimization.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows within regulated financial processes.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business challenges into technical specs for leadership.
• Monitor performance, adoption and ROI after launch to build reusable patterns.
