Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to build an agentic application ecosystem, powering authentication, secure data transfer, and provisioning across micro-applications. You will design and deploy AI-driven tools to boost productivity and partner with data science to turn multi-agent workflows into user-friendly interfaces.

The role offers hybrid working with an office base in Hertfordshire, and a fast-paced, hands-on culture with autonomy to prototype and iterate.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong full-stack experience with backend APIs (Python or Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).
• Must-have: solid grasp of authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT) and microservices architecture.
• Must-have: practical experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production software.
• Must-have: comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a lightweight backbone for authentication and secure data transfer.
• Design and deploy AI-driven micro-applications at pace.
• Build complex agentic solutions that unlock operational efficiencies.
• Translate multi-agent AI workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure micro-applications interoperate within a unified platform.
• Track emerging agentic frameworks to accelerate delivery.
