Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an AI Solutions Architect (Practice Building and Adoption) for a remote UK role, offering up to £95k. The role focuses on creating an AI practice with strong governance and embedding AI into existing products, services and operational capabilities.

This is not a development/engineering role; you will define reference architectures, delivery patterns, and repeatable offerings while collaborating with security, compliance and client-facing teams to accelerate AI

AI Solutions Architect (Practice Building and Adoption) - Up to £95k - Remote

A leading consultancy requires an AI Solutions Architect with strong experience of building AI practices and owning AI adoption across a business.

A key focus of the role will be to build an AI practice for the organisation with a focus on governance. Following this, your focus will be embedding AI into existing products, services, operational capabilities and delivery practices, while also developing specific AI product offerings, internal tooling, process automation, knowledge enablement and engineering accelerators.

Please note this is NOT a development/engineering role.

Suitable candidates will have experience of the following:

• Building AI practices/functions within organisations
• Introducing secure, governed and supportable AI adoption through modern delivery and assurance practices.
• Embedding AI into existing services and internal operating capabilities.
• Defining and maturing specific AI product offerings with clear service, commercial and operational models.
• Improving AI automation, documentation, knowledge management, engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology, automation, data, AI-enabled or software-integrated solutions.
• Working in customer-facing architecture, consultancy or pre-sales roles.
• Translating business requirements into solution designs, roadmaps, operating models and delivery plans.
• Creating reference architectures, implementation patterns, proposal content and reusable delivery frameworks.
• Applying modern delivery, secure engineering, automation, release management or platform operating practices.
• Working with security, governance, compliance, service design and operational transition teams.
• Shaping commercial opportunities, bids, statements of work, managed service propositions or customer workshops.
• Defining, packaging or launching repeatable technology product offerings, accelerators or customer-facing propositions.
