North West / Manchester area Hybrid | Up to 3 days/week on client site

We’re hiring multiple AI Solution Architects across Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director level within a leading Financial Services AI and Data consulting practice.

This team delivers large-scale AI, Data, and cloud transformation programmes for major Banking and Capital Markets clients, helping organisations modernise platforms, implement GenAI solutions, and drive enterprise-wide innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable AI/ML and GenAI architectures
• Lead enterprise AI and data transformation programmes
• Work closely with business, engineering, data, and architecture teams
• Support cloud-based AI deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Drive AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance
• Lead stakeholder engagement and technical design discussions
• Support bids, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives

Key Experience

• Strong Banking and/or Capital Markets experience
• AI, Data, or Solution Architecture background
• Experience delivering cloud-based AI/ML solutions across major cloud platforms and vendor technologies, including Google PaLM, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Services, AzureML, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake SnowPark, Snowflake Cortex, Data Robot
• Experience with cloud and modern data platforms
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps
• Technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure ML, SageMaker, LangChain, Kubernetes, or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
