Job summary

TEKsystems in London is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver practical AI solutions across products, services and internal operations. You will identify where AI can boost automation, productivity and customer services, turning opportunities into secure, scalable, commercially viable solutions.

This hands-on role covers AI, data, automation, security, governance and solution design, with involvement in customer projects and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-grade AI, data, automation or technology solutions.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, AI Architect, Enterprise Architect or Technical Consultant.
• Ability translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable AI solutions and architectures.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve products, services and internal processes.
• Develop repeatable AI products, services and solution frameworks.
• Support implementation of Generative AI, AI assistants and automation.
• Design solutions using LLMs, RAG, enterprise search and knowledge systems.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to help design and deliver practical AI solutions across products, services and internal operations.

You will identify where AI can improve automation, productivity, knowledge management and customer services, then turn these opportunities into secure, scalable and commercially viable solutions.

This is a hands‑on architecture role combining AI, data, automation, security, governance and solution design, with involvement in both customer‑facing projects and internal AI initiatives.
