Salt is seeking a Sales Manager - AI & Server Technologies in Basingstoke (Hybrid). You will lead the Server BDM team, driving revenue, GP and strategic growth while molding the go-to-market approach across the UK and Europe.

You will collaborate with the Director to implement the AI Works strategy and develop opportunities spanning compute, AI acceleration, storage, and data-centre solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a high-performing technology sales team.
• Strong commercial background with demonstrable revenue and gross-profit growth.
• Experience leading consultative or solution-led sales in enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of server and data-centre technologies; AI infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to translate emerging tech into commercial propositions and opportunities.
• Experience developing new markets, verticals or technology propositions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and convert data to action.
• Proven coaching skills with measurable performance improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities for senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to challenge norms and drive growth.
• 7+ years in technology industry with people-management preferred.

• Develop go-to-market plans and repeatable propositions across verticals.
• Support European growth by nurturing partners and accounts.
