Salesforce AI Architect

London (1 day per week on-site)

£90,000 – £100,000 + £4,000 car allowance + 10% bonus + benefits package

This is a unique opportunity to join a global consultancy that’s quietly powering some of the most complex digital transformations across the UK and beyond. With a strong foothold in enterprise Salesforce delivery, they’re now building out a brand-new AI practice—and they’re looking for a Salesforce AI Architect to lead the way.

You’ll be helping clients reimagine customer engagement, using Salesforce technologies enhanced with GenAI, automation, and predictive intelligence. From presales through to technical strategy, this is your chance to shape the future of intelligent CRM in a business that values innovation, inclusivity, and impact.

What you’ll be doing as a Salesforce AI Architect

• Own solution architecture across key Salesforce AI proposals during early-stage engagements

• Design and deliver scalable, AI-powered Salesforce solutions that solve real business problems

• Lead technical presentations, workshops and demos with clients across sectors

• Collaborate with product, delivery, advisory and innovation teams to ensure seamless handovers

• Work across multiple bids and accounts, prioritising deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the evolving Salesforce AI ecosystem

• Stay on top of industry trends and drive thought leadership in intelligent CRM delivery

What you’ll bring to the table

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Salesforce architecture, pre-sales or enterprise consulting

• Deep understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud etc.)

• Strong grasp of how to embed AI and automation into CRM ecosystems

• Salesforce Application Architect certification (minimum), with additional credentials welcome

• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience estimating and scoping projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment

• A strategic, consultative mindset—comfortable influencing at all levels of an organisation
