Aptura is an applied AI and data company focused on training AI systems with real people workflows. We seek Subject Matter Experts in HR/People leadership to craft tasks and decks that test AI models on workforce processes.

Role involves designing problems, collaborating with engineering teams, and creating precise success criteria. Remote or in-office work in London options; compensation includes upfront task pay and hourly evaluation work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR, People, Talent, or L&D role with deep hands-on PowerPoint work.
• Ability to define what 'good' looks like precisely enough for someone else to grade against it.
• Attention to detail, and willingness to learn concepts in AI and data.

Responsibilities

• Designing 'problems' to test state-of-the-art AI models on your workflows (e.g., headcount planning decks or onboarding decks).
• Collaborating with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on designed real-world people work.
