Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts in HR, People, or Talent leadership to design real-world tasks for AI evaluation, including decks and onboarding materials. Remote or London-based, you will craft tests and collaborate with frontier teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR, People, Talent, or L&D role with deep hands-on PowerPoint work.
• Ability to define what 'good' looks like precisely enough for someone else to grade against it.
• Attention to detail, and willingness to learn concepts in AI and data.

Responsibilities

• Designing 'problems' to test state-of-the-art AI models on your workflows (e.g. a headcount planning deck in progress or onboarding deck moving to a new template).
• Collaborating with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on the designed real-world people work.
