HASH in London and Berlin is hiring exceptional AI researchers to shape the next generation of foundation models. You will develop new architectures in-house and post-train open-source models, moving from concept to release and productization.

The role requires a strong research track record, deep understanding of modern model architectures, and hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning large models.

Qualifications

• Strong research track record in ML, DL or foundation models.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop novel model architectures for reasoning and world modeling.
• Post-train and adapt open-source foundation models for real-world use cases.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments across training, evaluation, and scaling.
• Turn research into deployed capability with data, systems, and product teams.
• Contribute to research direction and long-term model roadmap.
• Help define culture and standards of a high-talent research team.
