Job summary

EY is inviting a role in the Global Data Office to operationalize data governance and streamline access to AI-ready data via EY's AI Data Marketplace. You’ll collaborate with Risk, GC, Data Protection, and Information Security, translating policy into practical procedures.

You will design governance for service line data strategies, manage diverse stakeholders, and articulate complex concepts with clarity to drive adoption and change across our organization.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing governance frameworks in response to changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
• Background working across teams toward an organizational strategic goal.
• Understanding of technical build cycles and requirements-gathering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand service line data strategies and design governance tailored to support them while balancing relevant risks.
• Manage multiple stakeholders with varying levels of understanding and expertise, including stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling capabilities that support change management activities while keeping stakeholders actively involved and engaged.
• Coordinate data requirements across multiple teams to create a process for governing trusted data products. This includes data management and data quality, as well as translating policy requirements into practical operating procedures.
• Document requirements from various stakeholders and manage feedback on functional components.
