Tripadvisor is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Program Manager I to lead QA for AI systems across travel experiences. The role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the London office, coordinating with Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, and CX to ensure reliable, safe, and user-centric AI outputs.

Responsibilities include establishing QA frameworks, auditing outputs, and delivering executive-ready insights and roadmaps to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in technical program management, QA management, or AI/ML product operations focused on system reliability and evaluation.
• Strong operational knowledge of AI/LLM testing methodologies, prompt evaluation, intent recognition accuracy, and AI safety guardrails.
• Data-driven delivery of quality metrics via dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Proven ability to bridge AI engineering teams with business stakeholders and traveler support operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-Era Quality Strategy across human and AI agents and evolve QA towards continuous AI-enabled quality management.
• Establish AI quality & testing frameworks with benchmarks, protocols, and HITL workflows for AI agents and support tools.
• Audit AI outputs and traveler interactions for accuracy, safety, tone, and hallucination prevention.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting translating QA data and model accuracy into strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional improvements with Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, and CX to refine prompts and knowledge bases.
• Track release momentum and manage QA regression testing prior to traveler rollout.
