• Establish and evolve production processes suited to research-heavy, prototype-driven development.
• Translate technical goals and architectural constraints into clear roadmaps, milestones, and actionable plans.
• Identify technical dependencies and risks early and coordinate across teams to resolve issues.
• Support estimation, planning, and prioritization in collaboration with technical leadership.
