Seargin Ltd in London is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to optimize legal workflows using generative AI and low-code automation. You will map existing processes and support deployment of technology solutions across legal, IT, and business teams.

Role requires 1–3 years in Legal Operations or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers exposure to international projects and modern IT tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Engineering, Process Design, or Management Consulting
• Knowledge of generative AI tools, prompt design, and low-code/no-code automation platforms
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Understanding of legal workflows and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and explain solutions clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, business, and technical team
• Ability to support the implementation of legal technology solutions and help users adopt new tools and improved workflows

• Promote innovation, improve operational processes, and encourage effective adoption of new technologies
