Cerberus Technology Solutions (CTS) is building a growing AI-focused team within the Cerberus platform. We are seeking an experienced AI Product leader to shape product strategy, roadmaps and deployment across analytics, automation, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with software engineers, technology strategists, and stakeholders to drive adoption and business value. The role emphasizes customer-centric research, market insight, and cross-functional leadership to deliver differentiated

Competenze

7–12 years of technical AI/ML experience across the software lifecycle.
Experience deploying AI in financial services.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and roadmaps.
Experience running agile teams and delivering under tight deadlines.

Mansioni

Own product strategy, backlogs and roadmaps; assess technology gaps and market opportunities.
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to customer needs and business goals.
Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify differentiating AI products.
Engage users with effective communication channels; provide training and materials.
Apply UX principles to help engineers build high-value experiences from ideation to live deployments.
Maintain an active collaboration with engineering; ensure resourcing for feature builds.
