Job summary

EY UKI is seeking a Product Manager for the AI Transformation Office to shape, launch and scale AI-enabled products within the EY-Parthenon team. You will work with partners, pursuit teams and practitioners to translate complex user needs into a clear MVP and roadmap.

You don't need to be a tech AI specialist, but you will apply strong product judgment, stakeholder management and delivery discipline to move the product into real workflows and measurable adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex enterprise products from problem definition through delivery and adoption.
• Strong product discovery skills, including user research and workflow mapping.
• Experience defining MVP scope, roadmaps and delivery priorities in ambiguous environments.
• Evidence of shipping products that changed how users worked, not just managing delivery plans or backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work across product, business, data, engineering, infrastructure and legal & risk teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to structure complex topics and explain trade-offs simply.
• Curiosity about AI, data and decision-support products, with willingness to learn enough to make informed product decisions.
• A bias to action and comfort making progress without fully defined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a priority product objective end-to-end from problem definition through MVP scope, roadmap, delivery priorities and adoption.
• Lead discovery with senior users and translate insights into product direction.
• Define MVP and roadmap with clear trade-offs between value, data readiness and complexity.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, infrastructure, design, risk and governance teams.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes in real workflows.
• Help establish ways of working for the new product team including governance and value measurement.
