Figma is expanding its Roundtripping team in the UK, hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels. You will lead end-to-end AI features from ideation to production, work with designers, PMs and engineers, and help shape the future of design tooling.

Join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll ship user-facing AI products, contribute to Dev Mode and MCP initiatives, and mentor peers while advancing design-to-code workflows across production codebases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale engineering projects.
• Experience with user-facing LLM and agentic features.
• Experience curating eval sets and LLMs as judges.
• Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
• High velocity with a focus on user impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Dev Mode MCP tooling and Make.
• Contribute to new 0→1 products in the agentic coding space.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to craft high quality products.
• Be a mentor to, and mentored by, exceptional peers across engineering, product and design.
• Build strong personal connections with your teammates and help shape Figma’s culture.
