Job summary

Figma is expanding its Roundtripping team in the UK and hiring AI Product Engineers to lead end-to-end AI initiatives, from ideas to production. You will collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ship high-impact features that bridge design and code, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Join a team delivering Dev Mode enhancements and new 0→1 products, while mentoring peers and shaping Figma’s future in design and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale engineering projects with high impact.
• Experience with user-facing LLMs and agentic product features.
• Experience curating and developing eval sets and LLMs as judges.
• Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship with high velocity and user impact.
• Fluent with React and Typescript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Dev Mode MCP tools and Make, Figma’s dev/design collaboration tools.
• Take part in building new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to craft high quality products.
• Be a mentor to, and mentored by, exceptional peers across engineering, product and design.
• Build strong personal connections with your teammates and help shape Figma’s culture.
