Job summary

Benford is hiring to own how AI performs real audit work inside AuditOS, from prototype to a production-reliable product relied on by clients. You will build the agentic workflows over client accounting systems, ensuring every input is logged and attributable to a named auditor.

You will own end-to-end problems, taking them from discovery to market-ready solutions, with a strong emphasis on evidence, traceability, and weekly feedback from auditors using the product.

Qualifications

• Depth in LLM development, harness building or LLM product engineering.
• What you ship matters more than years of experience.
• You build with AI natively, not bolted on afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Own agentic workflows over client accounting systems, from harness and evaluation to what an auditor sees.
• Lead end-to-end problem solving and take it to market in the product.
• Oversee the control and evidence layer around models, ensuring inputs are logged and traceable to a named auditor.
• Maintain a weekly feedback loop with auditors using the product.
