Job summary

Dentons is seeking an AI Product Delivery Advisor within the Solutions/Innovation team in a hybrid role. You will own operational delivery across AI and legal technology initiatives, translating user needs into clear requirements and coordinating with lawyers, business services and technical colleagues.

You will manage intake, pilot delivery, governance and adoption, driving continuous improvement and impact across the portfolio while working closely with IT, OGC, procurement and practice groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project or product delivery, business analysis or related roles with tech-enabled change.
• Ownership of workstreams and driving initiatives through to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex workflows and requirements.
• Experience gathering, clarifying and documenting user or business requirements.
• Excellent organizational and delivery skills to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across legal, business and technical teams.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous problems and drive practical next steps.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Innovation & AI intake and pipeline process with stakeholders.
• Lead operational delivery of AI and legal technology initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and delivery plans.
• Maintain portfolio visibility, identify blockers, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with lawyers, IT, OGC, procurement and vendors to manage cross-functional delivery.
• Lead pilots, testing and product validation with defined success measures.
• Drive launch, adoption and continuous improvement of AI/legal tech solutions.
• Govern and improve delivery processes across IT, OGC, procurement, Solutions/Helix and practice groups.
